Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of all business relationships between Parents Bubble GmbH and its customers, particularly for participation in advertised courses and for orders placed with Parents Bubble GmbH. By registering, participants and contracting parties confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The course programs and the services included in the price are listed in the course descriptions. Minor deviations from the program are possible. Courses will only be held if a specified minimum number of participants is reached. We expressly reserve the right to cancel, combine, or offer multiple courses. In the event of a course cancellation by Parents Bubble GmbH, the course fee will be refunded.

Course fees are generally payable before the start of the course. All courses are invoiced in advance.

Parents Bubble GmbH disclaims all liability for damages incurred in all courses and events organized by Parents Bubble GmbH. Adequate insurance coverage is the responsibility of the participants. Parents Bubble GmbH cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.

If you cancel your registration for a course, the following fee will be charged depending on the time of cancellation:

• up to 30 days before the start of the course, without any costs

• from 29 to 20 days before the course starts, 25%

• from 19 to 8 days before the course starts, 50%

• from 7 to 1 day(s) before the course starts, 75%

• from the course start date or in case of absence, 100% of the course costs

For cancellations due to accident or illness, a flat-rate fee of CHF 50 per canceled course day will be charged. A medical certificate must be submitted to Parents Bubble GmbH within one week to claim this fee.

In any case, if you are unable to attend, it is possible to have a substitute participant who meets the course requirements attend the course at no additional cost.

For rebookings, the cancellation date coincides with the new registration date. Rebookings are possible free of charge up to 30 days before the course start date. For rebookings up to 8 days before the course start date, the price difference between the original and the subsequently requested course plus a 10% fee of the original course price applies. For rebookings from 7 days before the course start date, a 20% fee of the original course price applies.

Missed course sections cannot be made up. Refunds of course fees due to missed course sections are excluded.

Reproduction of the course materials for your own purposes or for third parties is not permitted.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the legal relationship with Parents Bubble GmbH is Zurich. All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
